Litigation Legal Secretary

Preston Redman is a forward thinking law firm based in Bournemouth on the South Coast. The firm has a culture of exceptional client service and prides itself on being an open friendly place to work.

We are looking for a full-time litigation secretary, the role covers all aspects of civil litigation, family work including care proceedings and legal aid. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in litigation and be used to working towards deadlines and working under pressure. Your key duties will include digital dictation of various correspondence and documents, typing up forms, opening files, diary management, using the legal aid portal, liaising with clients and general administrative duties such as filing, printing and scanning. Trainee Solicitor

Preston Redman is a forward thinking law firm based in Bournemouth on the South Coast. The firm prides itself on traditional values with personal service providing high quality legal advice, attention to detail and exceptional client service.

We recruit one trainee solicitor each year in September and are currently recruiting for September 2020. Our two year programme is overseen by our training principal and is usually divided into four seats, across our three departments, Company commercial and property, Private Client, and Civil litigation employment and family providing experience in both contentious and non-contentious work.
