Hugo Haub
Hugo joined the firm in May 2016, just two weeks after finishing his degree, and qualified as a Solicitor September 2019 He deals with a broad range of transactional and contentious property matters and accepts instructions in civil litigation.
Hugo has experience in both commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes including forfeiture, residential possessions, debt recovery, service charge issues, contested business lease renewals, right to manage claims and covenant disputes. He is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
Hugo’s transactional expertise includes residential and commercial conveyancing, re-mortgaging, lease extensions and enfranchisement. He is accredited under the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme.
Acting for a variety of clients ranging from experienced property investors with established portfolios to first time buyers or buy-to-let investors finding their feet in the industry, Hugo appreciates that every client is unique and adopts a tailored approach to each instruction.
Hugo enjoys a range of sports including tennis, running and hiking. As a child, he has lived in New Zealand, Spain and Portugal and loves experiencing new cultures and traditions.
