Adrian Falck

Adrian is a Solicitor and Partner of the firm practising in land law and associated litigation.

Adrian qualified as a Solicitor in 2004 and was promoted to Partner in 2008 having trained with the firm. Adrian is the firm’s Compliance Officer for Legal Practice and Training Principal.

Adrian undertakes a broad land law practice ranging from general residential and commercial conveyancing and property matters to property disputes and associated litigation. In particular landlord and tenant matters, leasehold reform (enfranchisement and lease extension), the right to manage, covenant/easement issues, boundary disputes, rights of way, adverse possession and professional negligence.

Adrian has acted in cases before the Civil Courts, the First Tier Tribunal Property Chamber and the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber).

Adrian is also qualified as a Notary Public and is able to deal with the preparation and execution of legal documents for use abroad and attesting the authenticity of deeds and writings.

Adrian is a Governor of Poole Grammar School, an Expedition Trainer and Assessor for the Duke of Edinburgh's Award and a Trustee of Poole Hospital Cancer Treatment Trust.
