Liam Fennessy

Solicitor

Liam is a Solicitor practising in both our Family and Commercial Property teams.

Liam qualified as a Solicitor in March 2023. Liam joined Preston Redman in 2018 as a legal secretary and completed his training contract with the firm.

In relation to family matters, Liam can advise in relation to:

Divorce / dissolution of civil partnerships
Financial settlements
Unmarried cohabitants
Pre and post-marital agreements
Children issues

Liam has a particular interest in financial disclosure issues that may arise during financial settlements, including the involvement of cryptocurrency as an asset available for distribution.

In relation to commercial property, Liam can advise both landlords and tenants in relation to:

Leases
Sales/purchases
Mortgages

Liam holds a degree in Law from Bournemouth University, and completed his Legal Practice Certificate and Masters in Law with the University of Law. As part of his undergraduate degree he undertook a sandwich year placement in a boutique matrimonial finance practice in Brighton.

Outside of work Liam enjoys cooking, cycling, collecting vinyl records and watching live music.
