Licensed Conveyancer
James joined the firm in 2019 and is a Licensed Conveyancer in the Residential Property Team. He works on all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales, purchases and transfers of equity. His experience covers a wide range of transactions including dealing with high value properties, freehold and leasehold properties, guiding first time buyers and assisting clients who have extensive property portfolios.
James understands that conveyancing can often feel stressful and at times confusing, particularly for first time buyers or those who have not moved for a number of years. He aims to be approachable and clear in his communication, helping clients understand each stage of the process. He focuses on progressing matters efficiently and keeping clients informed throughout.
Away from the office, James enjoys playing tennis and badminton, is a keen football supporter and is continuing his Japanese studies, having lived in Japan for a couple of years.
