Daniel Gardner
Daniel is a partner at Preston Redman who deals with a broad variety of property related matters in the Property Team. Daniel qualified as a Solicitor in July 2015, joined Preston Redman in 2019 and became a Partner in June 2022. .
Daniel has experience in residential and commercial conveyancing as well as both residential and commercial landlord and tenant work. Daniel also regularly acts for lenders and borrowers on commercial finance matters, for example in support of development projects, and for developers on the acquisition and subsequent sale of development sites
Daniel specialises in leasehold enfranchisement and can advise on lease extensions for residential flats, the collective enfranchisement of blocks of flats and the exercise of leaseholder’s right of first refusal.
Working with a wide range of both individuals and commercial clients, Daniel aims to give straightforward practical advice in order to achieve his client’s goals as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Outside of the office, Daniel is a keen football fan and, until recently, played for and coached a local Dorset League side. Daniel enjoys running and going for walks with his wife and Golden Retriever and enjoys making the occasional lego model!
