On 16 and 17 June 2023, a team of 12 of our partners and staff took part in a Three Peaks Challenge walking Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon (the three highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales), in aid of the Dorset & Somerset Air Ambulance. For many, the challenge was their first time climbing any of the peaks. The 3 peaks challenge includes successfully walking Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Mount Snowden within 24 hours.
Preston Redman undertook the fund challenge for Dorset & Somerset Air Ambulance. The Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance is a prominent charitable organisation that provides medical support to hard-to-reach areas of Dorset and Somerset, this is particularly important in our local area of Bournemouth (and wider Dorset) with its remote beaches and unpredictable cliff line. The Challenge raised £7,782.
