Tim Flower, Adrian Falck and Mark Lello, all equity partners together with Mez Merrifield, administration team manager have successfully completed the Mental Health First Aider Course with Mental Health First Aid England through Mindcare Training. The course consisted of four sessions over four separate dates.
On completion of the course the partners and Mez all received the MHFA certificate which includes a 3 year accreditation with the Department of Health. Following the training they will receive a comprehensive package of support throughout their 3 years certification and automatic 24/7 digital support through the MHFAiders Support App.
Adrian, the firm’s Manager Partner said that the partners recognise and care about mental health in the work place and how important it is for them to understand and support those experiencing poor mental health.
