James Tapping

James joined the firm in 2019 and works in the Residential Property Team specialising in conveyancing. He has experience in assisting clients with all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales, purchases and transfers of equity. His experience covers a wide range of transactions including dealing with high value properties, freehold and leasehold properties, guiding first time buyers and assisting clients who have extensive property portfolios.

James understands that the nature of conveyancing can at times be stressful and confusing, especially for first time buyers or clients who have not moved for a number of years. He takes pride in being approachable, communicating complex issues in a straightforward manner and providing tailored solutions to fulfil clients’ needs. James is committed to progressing transactions in a timely fashion and keeping clients updated throughout the process.

Away from the office, James enjoys playing tennis and badminton, is a keen football supporter and is continuing his Japanese studies, having lived in Japan for a couple of years.
