Adrian became a Partner in 2008, having trained with the firm.
His principal area of practice is land law and associated litigation. In particular, leasehold reform (enfranchisement and lease extension), the right to manage, covenant/easement issues, boundary disputes, professional negligence and general residential and commercial property matters. He has acted in cases before the Civil Courts, Leasehold Valuation Tribunal, Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber) and Land Registry Adjudicator.
Adrian is also qualified as a Notary Public and is able to deal with the preparation and execution of legal documents for use abroad and attesting the authenticity of deeds and writings.
Adrian is a Governor of Poole Grammar School, an Expedition Trainer and Assessor for the Duke of Edinburgh's Award and a Trustee of Poole Hospital Cancer Treatment Trust.
