Kelly Payne

Kelly is a partner at Preston Redman who deals with a broad variety of Wills, Probate, Trust and Tax related matters in the Private Client Team. Kelly qualified as a Solicitor in March 2010, joined Preston Redman in February 2021 and became a Partner in August 2021.

Kelly achieved a First Class Degree with honours in Law and Taxation from Bournemouth University and subsequently completed the Legal Practice Course there, having obtained an Academic Achievement Award.  She is a full member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and Solicitors For the Elderly (SFE).

Away from the office Kelly enjoys spending time with her family and friends, walking her dog in the Dorset countryside, and travelling to new places.
