Janine joined the firm in 2007 as a trainee solicitor and subsequently qualified into the Dispute Resolution/General Litigation Team in 2009. Janine joined the partnership in 2019.
Janine advises in respect of Employment Law managing around 50 cases a year and advises both employers and employees on a number of employment issues such as redundancy; disciplinary and grievance matters; Settlement Agreements and reviewing and preparing employment documents. These range from simple settlement agreements to complex employment tribunal matters. Janine is a member of the Sub-Solent Employment Lawyers' Association
Janine also spends approximately half of her time advising on a range of Family Law matters including divorce and matrimonial finances; Pre-Nuptial Agreements; domestic violence (including Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders) and children matters, managing around 60 cases a year with a focus on more complex matters. Janine is supported by a range of colleagues who provide support and also cover the more straight forward cases.
