Janine is a partner at Preston Redman who works in the Dispute Resolution/General Litigation Team. Janine qualified as a Solicitor in September 2009 and became a Partner in June 2019. .
Janine advises in respect of Employment Law managing a large number of cases each year and advises both employers and employees on a number of employment issues such as redundancy; disciplinary and grievance matters; Settlement Agreements and reviewing and preparing employment documents. These range from simple Settlement Agreements to complex Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal matters. Janine is a member of the Sub-Solent Employment Lawyers' Association
Janine also advises on a range of Family Law matters including divorce and matrimonial finances; Pre-Nuptial Agreements; domestic violence (including Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders) and children matters, with a focus on more complex matters. Janine is supported by a range of colleagues who provide support and also cover the more straight forward cases.
