Helen Davies

Helen is a Senior Family Lawyer who began her career in law in 1995, qualified in June 2000 and is a valued member of the Family Law team at Preston Redman, which is managed by Tim Flower.

Helen has worked as a family lawyer dealing with all aspects of family law and relationship breakdown. Helen has a keen interest in assisting victims of domestic abuse.

Helen’s focus is on working with families where the local authority has become involved, she provides advice, assistance and support to parents where social services are involved with the family.

Helen also has a particular interest in assisting the wider family members eg. grandparents and aunts and uncles when they wish to care for children of the family who may no longer be living with their parents once proceedings have been issued by the local authority.

Helen has completed the London, Brighton and Bournemouth Marathons raising funds for domestic abuse and cancer charities.
