Rebecca qualified as a solicitor in 2004 and joined the firm in January 2010. Prior to joining Preston Redman Rebecca worked at a large regional law firm in Southampton and then in Bristol, both in their real estate teams.
Rebecca specialises in all aspects of property work including landlord and tenant, development, acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties.
Rebecca also has particular expertise in leasehold enfranchisement and estate conveyancing.
Rebecca is a member of the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners, the Agricultural Law Association and the Bournemouth Property Association.
